Exchange Policy:
- Without prejudice to the provisions of contractual and statutory warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer may not exchange the product after the seven-day period has passed.
- To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition.
- The consumer bears the cost of shipping if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company.

- If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, book, or other literary content.
- If a defect in the product appears due to misuse by the consumer.
- If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
- If the contract involves purchasing software download products over the internet.
Return Policy:
